I believe that we learn and connect more with others when we have fun, that is why all my therapies and workshops involve games, handicrafts, activities and lots of fun!

1. THERAPIES FOR FAMILIES - POSITIVE PHILOSOPHY

In this workshop we will work together to have a better quality of life, by always focusing on solutions. It is important not to be so hard on ourselves, difficult situations and barriers in life are always a great opportunity to learn.

This therapy can be in the comfort of your home, at an agreed location or virtually. Are super fun and guarantee a connection with your family in a very playful way.

Personal growth is wonderful when we stop asking
WHY things happen to us and start asking FOR WHAT or FOR WHOM things happen. Life will always have obstacles, but what is important is what we learn from them and our attitude towards life.

This workshop is a program designed to teach young people to become responsible, respectful, and resourceful members of their communities.


Based on the best-selling Positive Discipline parenting books by Dr. Jane Nelsen, the program teaches important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging for both children and adults.

Applying positive philosophy in the family means being kind and firm at the same time, letting the kids and teenagers express their feelings without repressing them, which is effective in the long run.

It helps children feel a connection, a sense of belonging and significance.​


I know the economic difficulties that some people have, so if necessary, I adapt to your budget, because helping as many people as possible is my main purpose.

Life as a couple is wonderful when we understand and focus on the qualities of the other person. In this workshop we will learn about:

This therapy is ideal for couples who want to improve their relationship or who want to divorce or separate in a respectful and in the most positive way possible

4. MINDFULNESS - ART WORKSHOP FOR EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

Art is a wonderful way to express ourselves

Ideal workshops to improve your quality of life, enjoy the present and learn to focus on solutions.

Life will always have good and bad things, in this workshop we will create awareness of how wonderful it is when we live concentrating on the situations and good things we have in our life instead of always highlighting the bad things or the things we lack.

Creativity comes natural to humans, artistic expression can be a useful tool to express and process our deepest emotions and at the same time one of the most powerful means of learning.
