WHAT IS BRIDGE TO INCLUSION ABOUT?

TOGETHER WE CAN CREATE A BETTER WORLD FOR EVERYONE

My name is Carolina Bonnett and I want to thank you for your interest, here you can learn about various topics and contact me directly, I will be happy to talk to you.

POSITIVE PARENTING

Positive Parenting is a program based on the philosophy of Positive Discipline, developed by Dr. Jane Nelsen. Also, it is based on the work of Alfred Adler and Rudolf Dreikurs and designed to teach young people to become responsible, respectful and resourceful members of their communities. Positive Parenting teaches important social and life skills in a manner that is deeply respectful and encouraging for both children and adults.

Recent research tells us that children are hardwired from birth to connect with others, and that children who feel a sense of connection to their community, family, and school are less likely to make bad decisions. But to be successful, contributing members of their community, children must learn necessary social and life skills.

POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP

Living as a couple requires that the two people are willing to contribute positively to the relationship, so that both feel good and can share their lives with respect, kindness, love and tolerance. For all this to happen, we must apply tools to focus on solutions and assertive communication techniques and thus be able to have a good quality of life. I have very fun workshops and therapies where I work on what is best for your partnership and we resolve the conflicts that you may have in a personalized way.

MINDFULNESS / EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING

Emotional intelligence is NOT about masking or hiding your emotions, is recognising and controlling them appropriately. This means not making rash decisions or over-reacting to a situation but remaining calm and rational. It leads to being able to make balanced decisions based on what is really important, and not just how we feel at the time. People who have good self-control generally remain calm even in times of stress. They are able to think clearly under pressure and still make good decisions.

OUR EMOTIONS ARE THE SAME NO MATTER WHAT IS OUR SKIN COLOR, OUR NATIONALITY, AGE OR GENDER

INCLUSION

Inclusion is seen as a universal human right. The aim of inclusion is to embrace all people irrespective of race, gender, disability, medical or other need. It is about giving equal access, opportunities and getting rid of discrimination and intolerance, removing the barriers. It affects all aspects of public life.

WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES THIS WORLD WONDERFUL

WHY LEARN ABOUT THESE TOPICS?

For these relationships to be as positive, enjoyable, and enriching as possible, you must learn assertive tools and understand why kindness, respect, inclusion, emotional self-control, positive discipline, and trust are the basis for achieving these results.  I invite you to know my workshops and therapies for improve your quality of life since today! Because it is never too late to stop fighting, stop yelling and improve our relationships by reducing conflicts.

WHEN TO START?

It is never too late to start improving your life and change your approach to see people, places, situations in a more positive way. Every month I schedule workshops and therapies adapted to the different availability.

HOW ARE THE WORKSHOPS AND THERAPIES?

They are are virtual or face - to - face. I believe that learning occurs more fluidly if it includes games and fun, that is why my workshops and therapies are characterized by being highly personalized in small groups or individually, with role plays, talks and experimental activities. Brainstorming with a positive approach is one of my most important tools and I focus on following each person's processes to ensure successful learning.

TESTIMONIALS

In our community you are always the most important, that is why I create connections with all the participants of my courses and I work as a team to achieve the results they are looking for.

Carolina, the coach who gave us the course, is passionate about life, and as such, she transmits her passion for raising her children at each meeting and for transmitting the wonder of these tools that positive discipline gave us. The course is super interesting and it is given in a very warm and fun way, where we were allowed to learn while having a super nice time with the other moms. Thank you very much Caro!

I consider that it is a course that allows parents / teachers to open awareness about ourselves, about how important it is to know our own emotions and needs to know from where we are acting when educating our children. Personally, it helped me to clearly understand the difference between being firm and kind, and it has helped me enjoy being a mother, knowing that not everything is my responsibility and that as a team we can find the solutions and rules that are appropriate for our own family. It is a very complete and emotional course. Learning to respect the individuality of children is a fundamental basis to achieve the social change we seek and this course provides the tools to achieve it.

Ana Vargas

Positive Discipline is a workshop that leads you to reflect carefully on the relationship we have with our children every day, and guides you easily along a path that we thought was difficult: the path of "reaching agreements". As the mother of a teenager, Positive discipline has clearly shown me how with firmness and love, (two elements that are always there) I can achieve excellent communication and relationships with my children, where they are the ones who discover and follow the correct rules of responsibility and coexistence.

Marcela Rodríguez

I really liked the Mindfulness Art workshop. It was a space where we could express ourselves, talking, drawing and painting. At the beginning I was a little “afraid” because I am not a good drawer, but I understood that this is what it is about, to express in our own way and rhythm, while we share and Carolina gives us very important information for our day to day. It's not about being drawers or painters, it's about expressing our inner art. And even if we don't draw well, we love that drawing because it came from us and it is a captured feeling. She gave each one of us the space to express, she was attentive to what we were doing and expressing. You can see the love for her work.

I invite you to sign up and also give yourself a little self-love with this type of activities that are excellent to have them in our native language, with a Latin Professional, activities that bring us personal growth and be better every day.

She also has books for children and she is the author. The location is very good, there are different schedules and the monthly price is very good, affordable for everyone.
